Update (9/1 11:30am): The Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End Special and Libertalia Collector’s Editions are now up for pre-order on Amazon.
Today we have a pair of announcements from two of gaming’s biggest companies, starting off with the official release date for Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, followed by some new details on the next Deus Ex game:
Set for a March 18th, 2016 release date, what’s described as Naughty Dog’s “biggest game yet” has a two limited editions versions coming. The $79.99 Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End Special Edition includes the main game, a Steelbook case, a 48-page hardcover art book by Dark Horse and Naughty Dog, stickers, and in-game currency for extra multi-player goodies.
At $119.99, the Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End Libertalia Collector’s Edition comes with everything listed above plus a 12-inch Nathan Drake statue and a bunch of in-game content: 3 multiplayer outfits, Golden Weapon Skin/Desert Weapon Skin, Henry Avery Sigil ball cap and Madagascar Sidekick outfits.
GameStop has the jump on both special editions, along with some additional, exclusive pre-order bonuses: “Exclusive Multiplayer Booster Pack and Phurba Dagger Taunt!”

Lastly, there will be a $79.99 Digital Deluxe Edition available on the PS Store (available for pre-order later this week) that comes with multiplayer items and “future access to the first-ever, single-player story add-on for the Uncharted series and two multiplayer packs that will unlock new, rare and legendary multiplayer items.” The PS Blog notes that this content can be purchased separately.
Square Enix has now announced a February 23, 2016 release date for its next entry into the Deus Ex franchise. Mankind Divided is coming to Xbox One, PS4 and PC early next year, and we have now have details on the tiered pre-order bonus and the $150 Collector’s Edition. Fans can expect a 48-page art book, 9-inch Adam Jensen figurine, Steelbook case, and special packaging.

Needless to say, one of gaming biggest titles of the year releases tomorrow with Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. Day One Editions of the game with a series of in-game extras are still up for pre-order, but the Collector’s Edition is out of stock at Amazon and GameStop. The official hardcover game guide is available for just over $20 Prime shipped on Amazon, down from its usual $35 right now.
