Update (1/13 1:05pm): Amazon has now launched an official page for the promo, which appears to be as wide-ranging as we originally suggested while extended discounted periods until after the game has released by two weeks or so.
With the deep discounts Best Buy’s GCU program offers gamers, Amazon tends to launch its own video game pre-order bonuses and deals. Right now, the major retailer is offering its Prime members (free trial) a solid $12 discount, automatically applied in the cart, when purchasing any one of a massive list of yet-to-be-released titles. The promo is eligible on just about every $60 pre-order Amazon has to offer right now including highly anticipated PS4 and Xbox One releases like Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, The Legend of Zelda, Gears of War 4 and more:
- Final Fantasy XV $48 (Reg. $60)
