Many Apple Watch models now $100 off: 38mm Sport $249 w/ free shipping (Reg. $349), more

Update (2/20 12:00pm): Best Buy is the only retailer still taking $100 off Apple Watch.

Target is now taking $100 off a variety of Apple Watch models. That drops the basic 38mm Apple Watch Sport down to just $249 with free shipping. Today’s deal is the first significant Apple Watch discount since the holidays. On the high-end, a 42mm Apple Watch (stainless steel) with Milanese Loop Band comes in at $599 (Reg. $699). REDcard holders can save an additional 5% on all sale prices. In-store pickup is available in some areas for models that are sold out online. Best Buy is running a similar offer, but its final prices are $0.99 more.

Apple is rumored to be hosting a product event on March 15. But it’s believed that the company is only planning to unveil fresh Apple Watch accessories, as opposed to a full-on second iteration of its Smartwatch.
