Best Buy is back at it again with its Black Friday in July event. The sale is open to My Best Buy members today (sign-up here for free) and will be available to all starting tomorrow. There are a couple of nice Apple-related deals in this promotion, headlined by $125 off select 9.7-inch iPad Pro models and $150 savings on MacBook Pro. Free shipping is available on orders of $35+ or you can opt for free in-store pick up and start enjoying your new device this weekend.
Prices on the new 9.7-inch iPad Pro start at $474.99 (Reg. $599) for the Wi-Fi 32GB model with additional sizes going up from there. This is the strongest discount that we’ve seen on Apple’s most recent tablet. You can add Cellular capabilities to the 32GB model for $604.99 (Reg. $729) or step up to 128GB of storage with Wi-Fi for $624.99 (Reg. $749). Larger capacities and additional Cellular configurations are available all the way through the top-of-the-line 256GB iPad Pro. Features include Apple’s new Smart Connector, four color choices, and support for Apple Pencil.
Flipping over to MacBook Pro, Best Buy is taking the aforementioned $150 off. The entry-level 13-inch 2.7GHz/8GB/128GB (model MF839LL/A) is available for $1,149.99 (Reg. $1,299). Jump to a 256GB capacity for $1,349.99 (Reg. $1,499, MF840LL/A). Best Buy is also discounting 15-inch capacities with the 256GB model to $1,849.99 (Reg. $1,999, MJLQ2LL/A). Prices go up from there for additional storage and other upgraded specs.
There’s also a 21-inch iMac 2.8GHz/8GB/1TB priced from $1,149.99 (Reg. $1,299, MK442LL/A) as a part of this event.
iPad Pro is more than the next generation of iPad — it’s an uncompromising vision of personal computing for the modern world. It puts incredible power that leaps past most portable PCs at your fingertips. It makes even complex work as natural as touching, swiping, or writing with a pencil. And whether you choose the 12.9-inch model or the new 9.7-inch model, iPad Pro is more capable, versatile, and portable than anything that’s come before. In a word, super.
