Best Buy’s Deal of the Day is $35-$65 off 16GB iPad Minis. After discount, these represent some of the lowest prices we’ve seen on 16GB iPad minis which retail for $299 and $429. These feature 1024×768 7.9″ LED-backlit display, 5.0MP iSight camera with 1080p HD video recording and FaceTime HD camera.

Also, Groupon has an interesting deal: Get a 64GB LTE iPad mini (Verizon or AT&T) for $479 ($140 off retail) and they throw in a JBL On Beat Lightning Speaker dock for free. The Speakerdock retails for $120 alone but can be found on its own for as low at $67 or $50 refurbished.
