Dell is offering the Vizio Razor 40″ 120Hz 1080p WiFi LED-Backlit HD Television with a $200 Dell Gift Card for $499.99 with free shipping. With the gift card that’s the lowest price we could find by $128.

It features 1080p native resolution, edge-lit LED backlight, USB, 802.11n wireless, Vizio Internet Apps (with Hulu Plus, YouTube, and more) and three HDMI inputs.

Amazon sells it separately for $428 and customers there gave it 4/5 stars and great reviews.
