Having been detailed earlier this year, Nintendo’s Switch Online Service’s debut is finally just around the corner. Officially launching on September 18th, today Nintendo has announced that it’ll be offering Switch owners a free one-week trial of the service. Head below for more details.
Nintendo’s eagerly-anticipated Switch Online Service offers a bunch of perks, mainly revolving around access to online play, free retro titles and more. You’ll be able to redeem the free seven-day trial from the eShop on your Switch starting next week once the service goes live.
With tomorrow’s Nintendo Direct, we’ll getting some additional information on the service. So be sure to check back for our coverage. Those looking to get a head start can currently preorder three months of service for $8 or a full year for $20 at Amazon.
