Last week Nintendo announced it would be offering Switch consoles bundled with a $35 eShop credit for $299 starting tomorrow now. We know Amazon, Walmart (currently going in and out of stock) and Best Buy will have this live tomorrow, but GameStop is already taking orders on the new bundle. There is a chance this bundle could sell out pretty quickly so grabbing one right now might be your best bet. Head below for more details.
(Update 2/15 8:00am): While pre-orders went up slightly early yesterday, the scheduled Nintendo Switch with a $35 eShop gift card for $299 is live everywhere including Amazon, Walmart, GameStop, Best Buy and Target.
While we have seen Switch bundles go slightly lower than $35 off in 2019, most of those deals are limited promotions at Rakuten rather than the major retailers. Considering the steady stream of deals Nintendo has been promoting on its eShop over the last several months, you’ll likely get even more value out of that gift card.
Nintendo Switch features:
Introducing Nintendo Switch, the new home video game system from Nintendo. In addition to providing single and multiplayer thrills at home, the Nintendo Switch system can be taken on the go so players can enjoy a full home console experience anytime, anywhere. The mobility of a handheld is now added to the power of a home gaming system, with unprecedented new play styles brought to life by the two new Joy-Con controllers. This bundle includes a $35 eShop Card packed in with the console.
