Costco Black Friday 2023: Hours, online shopping, more

As one of the first retailers to detail its actual Black Friday plans and not just some early savings events like Amazon or Walmart, we’re now diving into what to expect from Costco. Offering up chances to save both in-store and online, the discounts are going live earlier than ever with the savings officially kicking off on October 30. Last year saw the sales begin on the very last day of the month, and now the company is taking an even earlier approach to the action.

In what is pretty standard stuff for the company these days, the Costco Black Friday savings will be split into four different savings events. The first of these will run from Ocotber 30 through November 12, focusing on some home goods ands festive decorations to make sure you’re ready for the holiday season. There’s also plenty of grocery price cuts for those who want to use the early savings as a chance to stock up on essentials for all of those family get-togethers.

But surprisingly, there’s also tons of tech getting in on the savings. There’s notably a collection of iPad discounts that we’ll have to wait to get the full details on, as well as a chance to save $60 on the all-new Galaxy Watch 6. Follow that up with tons of price cuts on TVs, home theater speakers, and other gear, too.

The next stage of the Costco Black Friday event that has been detailed in the ad will start on November 13 and run through November 27. This will notably see a Mac savings event go live to follow up the introductory iPad offers from the beginning of the month. The TV price cuts keep rolling with some other doorbusters, to go alongside PC markdowns and much more. One of the more notable offers has the Sony XM5 ANC headphones marked down to $330 from its usual $400 going rate.

Then from November 24 through the 27th, there’s a proper Black Friday event that will be followed up by the Cyber Monday savings. Some highlights include:

  • Sonos bundles from $380
  • Backbone One PlayStation Gamepad: $75 (Reg. $100)
  • Bose QuietComfort 45 SE Headphones: $180 (Reg. $300)
  • Google Nest WiFi Pro system: $340 (Reg. $450)
  • Meta Quest 2: $290 (Reg. $370)
