Just ahead of the 35th anniversary of the beloved Game Boy landing stateside, Nintendo is continuing the celebration with a host of new games for its handheld Switch Online library. Following the release of Wrecking Crew ’98, Nintendo finally brought the original Super Mario Land to its Game Boy library for members, and now it’s time from some serious Robot Master blasting Blue Bomber action with five classic Mega Man titles. Five classic Mega Man titles hit Nintendo Switch Online
Starting right now. Nintendo Switch Online members now have access to five classic Mega Man Game Boy titles. Dr. Wily and his Robot Master Masters from way back in the early Game Boy days are surfacing once again as Nintendo opens the vaults to deliver some classic Capcom action to Switch Online members.
This time around we are getting Mega Man: Dr. Wily’s Revenge – the very first Blue Bomber title to land on Game Boy back in 1991, Mega Man II, Mega Man III, Mega Man IV, and Mega Man V. So go fill up your energy meter because all of these titles are now playable as part of the base tier Nintendo Switch Online library in glorious Game Boy green graphics.

Dr. Wily is out for revenge, and this time he’s created his own “Mega Man Killer”! With this creation and his revived Robot Masters at his side, the bad doctor plans to embark on a quest for global domination. Play as Mega Man in his first portable adventure and save the world from destruction by sending Dr. Wily’s creations back to the trash heap.
The five new Mega Man additions land alongside a host of other titles in the classic handheld library, ranging from the aforementioned Super Mario Land and Super Mario Land 2 – 6 Golden Coins to Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening DX, Metroid II – Return of Samus, and many others.
