Amazon is now offering the ecobee Smart Doorbell Camera down at $114.99 shipped after you clip the on-page coupon. Regularly $160, today’s straight up markdown and on-page coupon combine to deliver $45 in savings and the lowest price we can find. This offer is $25 under this year’s Memorial Day sale, $5 under our one-day mention in early April, and a new Amazon all-time low. The ecobee Smart Doorbell debuted late last year as the brand’s first breath of fresh air, integrating its popular smart thermostat products with an outdoor expansion of its smart home ecosystem to safeguard your front porch. Head below for more details.
In our hands-on review, we found the ecobee Smart Doorbell to be a fantastic option on its own, but an even more powerful one when paired wit the brand’s Smart Thermostat Premium and SmartSensors.
The HomeKit smart camera provides all of the usual front porch monitoring action, including delivering 1080p feeds with HDR recording, a 175-degree field of view, and the ability to connect into your existing doorbell’s wiring as well. The motion alert tech is joined by Alexa integration and notifications to let you know when someone is waiting on the other side of the door or when your packages have arrived. One of our favorite elements of the systems as mentioned above, is the way it can integrate with your exiting ecobee SmartThermostat – you, of course, can use your phone to see who’s at the door, but the video feed will also be sent to the thermostat you likely have installed in a central area of your home too.
