The early Prime Day deals are now in full effect on Amazon’s in-house gear, and now it is time for the flagship Kindle reader. The Kindle Scribe is easily the most powerful and arguably useful model in the lineup, combining all of the best features of the best basic Kindle readers, including the 10.2-inch 300 ppi glare-free display, with a sort of tablet experience by way of the Amazon stylus. You can take notes, make lists, scribble in the margins of your favorite page-tuners, and more. While we are still expecting cash deals on the base models, some more than notable price drops with up to $196 in savings have landed on the Kindle Scribe Essentials Bundles that comes with the stylus, the magnetic leather folio cases, and charger.
If I was going to bet on it, I would put my money on the Kindle Scribes dropping back to all-time lows later next month for Prime Day. That would start the lineup at $240, but the bundle deals on tap right now ahead of time offer even deeper savings if you want the official leather magnetic folio cover and power adapter.
All of the following configurations are now at Amazon all-time lows. The 64GB model with the premium pen is seeing the deepest savings at $196 off, but pricing kicks off at $272 for folks who don’t need the elevated storage.
