While this week’s State of Play might have been overshadowed by today’s initial run of pre-orders going live on the new PlayStation 5 Pro and the 30th Anniversary gear, the showcase did have some major highlights. Firstly we got the release for the new LEGO Horizon Adventures and, perhaps most exciting of all, a debut look at the new Ghost of Yōtei, but PlayStation also snuck in next month’s PS Plus freebies as well.
October PlayStation Plus FREE games
September’s highlight titles are MLB The Show 24 and Little Nightmares II, games you have four more days to claim before the October free titles come into play. You’ll need to ensure you have an active PS Plus membership to both download the new titles and keep the ones you already have, but they will otherwise remain a permanent part of your digital game library.
October’s freebies feature WWE 2K24 on PS4 and PS5 as well as the remake of Dead Space on PS5 and Doki Doki Literature Club Plus! across both generations of consoles.
- WWE 2K24 FREE (Reg. $60)
- Dead Space FREE (Reg. $70)
- Doki Doki Literature Club Plus! FREE (Reg. $15)
You have until September 30. 2024 to claim this month’s games before the three new titles highlighted above go FREE on October 1.
