The official 2024 Target Black Friday sale is now live! While, as any Electronicsforward reader will already know, just about all major retailers and brands decided this year’s biggest shopping day would be more like an entire week long event, Black Friday 2024 is now finally upon us as the best prices on just about anything you might have your eye on are now at the ready. The chances of that pair of headphones, LEGO set, MacBook, iPad, blender, vacuum, or charger selling for any less than it will today is very low, and the official Target Black Friday 2024 clock has begun ticking.

This year’s Target Black Friday sale has been a multi-tiered event loaded with major deals across the tech, home, LEGO, and even grocery space – it’s deals have thus far gone toe-to-toe with the likes of Amazon, Walmart, and Best Buy, and, in some cases, have remained in stock much longer than any of its competition – but the official 2024 primetime event is now live and at the ready!
The Target Black Friday event in 2024 has been a multi-tiered shopping experience that kicked off way back on November 1 with a successive string of 24-hour sale events with fresh deals going live every morning at 3 a.m. ET (the Day 29 Target Black Friday Deals of the Day are now live) before the retailer began launching weekly specials on November 3.

After that it debuted its 3-day only 2024 Black Friday sale that ran from November 7 through to November 9 and then carried its Deal Days event from there right up until Sunday November 24 when it joined the likes of Amazon with what was effectively a Black Friday Week sale. This event seemed as though it was the official start of its prime time Black Friday sale, but it once again launched a series of new deals for Thanksgiving and now we are in the first half of its 48-hour Black Friday 2024 sale:
Target is advertising today’s Black Friday sale as one that runs from Friday November 29 at 3 a.m. ET right through Saturday December 1.

It isn’t entirely clear what Target’s Cyber Monday plans are just yet, but considering the brand has historically flipped out its selection of deals on Sundays (by that I mean every Sunday all year and all month long) and the fact that it is advertising its official Black Friday sale “through Saturday,” it seems entirely logical that its Cyber Monday deals will go live on December 2 at 3 a.m. ET this year. It might every well get busy with price matches in an attempt to take on Amazon’s early Cyber Monday deals this weekend, as well as perhaps waiting right until December 2 for select offers, but we are betting its main deals for the Cyber Monday 2024 event will go live early Sunday morning this year.
