Alongside an ongoing $300 price drop on the higher-end Samsung M8 (M80D) Smart Monitor at $400, Samsung is now offering its mid-range 32-inch M7 (M70D) Series 4K UHD Smart Monitor down at $299.99 shipped – this is the same price you’ll find on Amazon right now as well. Regularly $400, this is a straight up $100 price drop and the lowest price we can find. While we did see the black model down at $280 once on Amazon last year, today’s deal comes within $10 of the Amazon low on the white model to land back at the best price otherwise.
The mid-ranger model debuted last June as part of the latest slate of Smart Monitors from the brand. We did catch a glimpse and some details on the brand new M9 model at CES 2025 this year, but that’s clearly going to be a higher-end and much more pricey OLED model that hasn’t release yet – all of the details you need on that one are right here.
The M7 (M70D) still delivers much of the all-in-one approach the Smart Monitor lineup is known for, just with a more digestible price tag. It will, of course, handle the usual monitor duties with a 4K UHD resolution and quick switching between the onboard apps and your connected PC.
But it can also access “OTT content directly from monitor or tune into live TV channels for free on-demand content with Samsung TV Plus,” not to mention the Samsung Gaming Hub to link directly up with a host of popular game streaming platforms – all you need is a subscription to your gaming service of choice and a Bluetooth controller.
You’ll also find an onboard USB-C, USB-A, and HDMI hub as well as the SolarCell Remote – “featuring a solar charging panel on its back, eliminates the need for disposable batteries, making it an eco-friendly choice.”
