While Samsung did reveal its new pro model The Frame TV at CES 2025 with some notable new enhancements, you’ll still pay a premium for the existing models and likely even more for that one when it arrives on store shelves. This is where comparable frame-style models from brands like TCL come in – they delivers a similar picture frame experience with notable specs and typically much lower price tags. That said, the TCL 75-Inch Class QLED 4K NXTFRAME Google smart TV just dropped to a new Amazon low at $1,409.78 shipped, or $1,090 under the price it launched at in August of 2024.
The 75-inch TCL Smart NXTFRAME Google smart TV debuted last summer with a $2,500 price tag – the same regular price listed at Best Buy right now. By the time the early Black Friday deals started to roll around it quickly dropped into the $1,500 range and is now on sale at $1,453 via Best Buy. Today’s Amazon price undercuts all of those to deliver the lowest we have tracked to date.
For further comparison, and as we alluded above, this is also number drastically lower than the comparable model from Samsung’s current The Frame lineup – the 75-incher will run you $3,000 from Samsung and just shy of that over at Amazon.
While the Samsung models do deliver an arguably more premium product, the latest TCL NXTFRAME holds it own as the thinnest model the brand has shipped to date alongside some of the highlight specs – access to TCL’s Art Library and AI art to display in-between shows, the included light wood frame and flush wall mount, 120Hz refresh rate (144 Hz Variable Refresh Rate), Dolby Vision IQ, HDR10+, and AMD FreeSync Premium for smooth gaming action.
Perhaps most notably, it also runs on the Google TV OS with built-in Alexa and Google Assistant voice commands, Apple’s AirPlay 2, and four HDMI inputs.
