The new Spigen Nintendo Switch 2 clear case has surfaced. We have already featured the new fabric-wrapped Spigen Klasden Carrying Pouch for the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2 as well as its Dual Grip controller-style case, and now the brand’s new Air Fit model has appeared on Amazon. There is going be an exceedingly massive number of cases and covers for Nintendo’s console as we approach launch later this year (and likely well before that), but Spigen’s tech accessories have always stood out for a few different reason, not the least of which being the fact that they tend to hit well above their quite affordable price tags. And we suspect the new all clear Air Fit case will be much of the same at $29.99 Prime shipped.

The aforementioned Klasden accessory comes in the form of a hard-shell carrying case – a travel pouch of sorts, whereas the Dual Grip takes on the form of a slightly more chunky shell used to protect the Switch 2 while you’re playing it. The new clear Air Fit is more akin to the latter.
The Spigen Air Fit is an entirely clear shell that wraps around your console while still allowing Nintendo’s new black chassis and hits of red and blue to pop through – it’s like those clear cases your wrap around phone to protect it from bumps and bruises while still leaving it entirely functional.
Spigen says the Air Fit “showcases your Switch 2 while keeping it clear of scuffs and scratches,” with a “premium PC” and, apparently, ultra-thin build. You’ll, as one would expect, find cutouts in all the right places to ensure all of the controls, speakers, game cartridge slot, and charging port remains accessible.

Whether or not the cutouts around the buttons and thumbsticks are comfortable to use and don’t get in the way of the action remains to be seen, but they appear to have nice sloped edge and Spigen tends to get these sorts of things right.
Something light. The Air Fit showcases your Switch 2 while keeping it clear of scuffs and scratches. Its smart, transparent design creates the perfect atmosphere for gaming, keeping your Joy-Cons covered when detached for seamless protection.
One of the first questions I asked myself when I first laid eyes on the new clear Switch 2 case was…Is it just one piece? Do you need to take the whole case off just to remove the Joy-Con from the console?
The answer is no. This appears to be a three-piece cover, or at least one that sheaths the two Joy-Con and the main body of the console individually – “keep your Joy-Cons covered when detaching them from your Switch 2 for seamless gameplay and protection.” That means it’s essentially a clear Joy-Con guard cover as much as it is something that protects your portable, on-the-go Switch rig.
The new Spigen Air Fit clear Nintendo Switch 2 case is now available via the brand’s Amazon storefront at $29.99, $5 under the price it is listed at directly from Spigen.
