Electronicsforward’ take

I recently tested out the Flexispot Auto Incline Walking Treadmill. I am no stranger to the Flexispot brand, and you may have seen some of my past product reviews with them. I have always been impressed by the level of quality. Therefore, I was excited to try out this product from the company and see if exercising while I work was a viable option for me.

In terms of the unboxing, things were quite simple. The safely packaged box came with a power cord, some instructions which did come in handy later, plus a tool and some lubricant, not to mention the treadmill itself which was essentially plug-and-play.

After unwrapping everything, I rolled the treadmill into my office thanks to some wheels on one side and a handle on the other, then plugged it into a standard outlet before flipping the power switch on.

I didn’t need the belt adjustment tool or lubricant to get started, but it’s nice to have those for the future. The package also came with a handy remote control you can use to adjust your speed and incline. Since this is a durable piece of exercise equipment, the Flexispot treadmill is a slightly heavy at about 57 pounds but by no means unmanageable, especially with the aforementioned wheels.

This was admittedly my first time on a walking treadmill as I’m more used to running at the gym on one, but it’s something I’ve always wanted to test out, and I was surprised at how easy it was. This particular model offers speeds between 0.6 and 4 mph and has 8 shock absorbing pads within it to ease your steps and alleviate noise.

I found that I could walk with ease at my Flexispot standing desk and was not distracted by the sound of the treadmill or the fact that my legs were constantly moving.

As an auto incline treadmill, the Flexispot WPM03 can be adjusted to 9 different heights ranging from 2.5 degrees to 7 degrees and does so quickly and smoothly as you can see in my video below.

A digital display on top offers pertinent data, including your current incline level, total time walking, distance traveled, and estimated calories burned. The treadmill also has Bluetooth capabilities, enabling you to connect your smartphone or other device and listen to music or your favorite podcast. While it’s a nice touch, I’d rather connect to one of my Sonos speakers for better audio quality, but in a pinch, it’s a welcomed feature.

The walking treadmill can support up to 275 pounds and has a 39.4 by 16.9-inch walking area, which gave me plenty of room to strut without feeling like I was falling off. This enabled me to continue working at my standing desk while walking and not having to think about staying on the belt or keeping up with its pace. The overall process felt surprisingly natural.

Overall, the Flexispot WPM03 Auto Incline is a sturdy walking treadmill that is easy to install and remove when not in use. I look forward to spending many hours walking while I write and do other work.
