Amazon is starting to get more aggressive with the price drops on Apple’s latest tablets. With new lows on the entry-level M4 iPad Pro at the ready alongside as much as $200 off the higher-end configurations, deals on the M2 iPad Air are landing this morning. While the entry-level 128GB 13-inch M2 Air is now back down at its $749 low, Amazon is now offering the 1TB model starting from $1,209 shipped. Regularly $1,299, that’s $90 off and the lowest we have tracked since the new M2 Air debuted in May. This Amazon all-time low is now live on the blue, Space Gray, and Purple colorways.

Whichever configuration or storage capacity option you go for, you’re looking at Apple’s first iPad Air to carry the M2 chip. Yes, you can score an M4 iPad Pro on sale right now, but it’s going to cost significantly more than these Air offers. And frankly, most folks are likely more than fine with the latest Air machine. The M4 Pro is fantastic, but it might be overkill in some cases.

The new iPad Air features Apple’s Liquid Retina display with Apple Pencil Pro support and the 12MP cameras on both the back and along the landscape edge of the tablet. Wi-Fi 6E support, TouchID, and all-day battery life as well as support for Apple’s Magic Keyboard (as well as host of third-party options) make it a wonderful versatile tablet experience without reaching nearly as deep into your pocket as the M4 models.

And here’s a look at pricing across the M2 iPad Air lineup as it stands right now:
