Current-generation iPad 10 now back down at $299 in all colors (Orig. $449)

Reg. $349 $299

While it is M4 Mac week, let’s not forget how eventful a year it has been for iPad. First with the debut of the M4 iPad Pro and M2 iPad Air, plus just last week with the launch of the all-new iPad mini 7. But there’s still one model still in the lineup that makes for a wonderful, and far more affordable, casual tablet experience, the iPad 10th Generation. It saw an official price drop alongside the debut of the new M4 Pro model from the original $449 MSRP down to $349, and you can now once again score all of the colors down at $299 shipped via Amazon.

iPad 10th Generation deals:

While we have seen this price drop a number of times now, and even some extremely limited-time offers for less during the summer Prime Day event (they only lasted for a couple hours at best), it’s hard to deny the value here. You’re scoring a current-generation iPad Apple still sells on its storefront from $299.

It is a solid option for folks looking to land a shiny new iPad experience, but it is also worth noting some of the clearance pricing we are seeing on the now previous-generation iPad mini 6 as well. The new mini 7 is seeing its first price drops right now starting at $484 shipped, but you can also score much more powerful M2 iPad Air for just a touch more right now too.

Where the real value is on the affordable end here is in the iPad mini 6 that is currently seeing clearance pricing starting from $349 at Amazon right now. That’s still $50 more than the 10th Gen deals we are highlighting today, but both options are notable for folks looking to land a relatively new iPad without breaking the bank.

Apple iPad 10th Gen features:

  • Striking 10.9-inch Liquid Retina display with True Tone
  • A14 Bionic chip with 6-core CPU and 4-core GPU
  • 12MP Wide back camera
  • Landscape 12MP Ultra Wide front camera with Center Stage
  • Touch ID for secure authentication and Apple Pay
  • Wi-Fi 6 and 5G (sub-6 GHz) cellular
  • USB-C connector for charging and accessories
