A rare deal on the special Minecraft edition Beat Solo 4 headphones is now live over at Target. Completely sold out on the official Apple online store, you’ll now find the regularly $200 Beats Solo 4 Bluetooth Wireless On-Ear Headphones – Minecraft Special Edition set marked down to $99.99 shipped. Not even available via the official Amazon listing, this is the lowest price we have tracked on this set all-time.
For further comparison, we have seen the standard colors of the Apple brand’s 2024 Solo 4 headphones drop to $100, or 50% off, a number of times since release in May of 2024, but never any lower. Today’s deal is the first time we have seen the Minecraft edition on sale at all and a price on par with the best we have tracked all-time on any color – this includes the fall Prime Day event and Black Friday 2024.
While we didn’t get a chance to go hands-on with the Minecraft edition, they are, outside of the paint job, identical to the standard models we did test out – our take away was that the “most iconic Beats headphones just got better.”
The Minecraft 15th anniversary cans feature an all-black paint job with bright vibrant green accents and blocky iconography that also carries over to the included carrying case you see in the imagery above.
This latest on-ear Beats feature 50 hours of wireless battery life alongside the Fast Fuel tech Beats has been leveraging for years – a 10-minute quick charge delivers an added 5 hours of listening time. Class 1 Bluetooth action on iOS and Android devices for simple one-touch pairing is in place alongside the option to experience “high-resolution lossless audio via USB-C or 3.5 mm audio cable.”
