Last week, Microsoft announced that it would be running a seven day promotion with select retailers offering a free game ($60 or less) with the purchase of a new Xbox One. It has now officially kicked off with some pretty sweet deals.
Microsoft had a very strong showing at E3 2015. This promotion, which expires on Saturday, combined with upcoming title releases make it the best time to grab a new Xbox One. Buying directly from Microsoft doesn’t always have its advantages, but they are currently offering a very a sweet deal. For $349 you’ll receive the Xbox One + Halo: The Master Chief collection Bundle, a $50 MicrosoftStore.com code, a free game of your choice and a copy of Assassin’s Creed Unity. That bundle has a value of $499, making it one of the best deals available.
If you’re looking for more storage, Microsoft is also giving the same treatment to its recently announced 1TB console for $399. In addition to doubling the internal storage, this model ships with the new wireless controller with 3.5mm jack. Amazon:
The largest online retailer offers all of the typical Xbox One bundles that are available from other stores but throws in a few Amazon perks. Prime members will also receive free two-day shipping to sweeten the deal. Amazon has compiled an easy to read list of free games included in this promotion. Note: console must be shipped and sold directly from Amazon to be eligible.

Pair that credit with this free game promotion and you have a pretty killer deal. Game Stop has the Halo: The Master Chief Collection and 1TB bundles available.
