The nimble SKEYE Nano drone has on-board camera and gyro stabilization: $50 (Orig. $69, CA Tax only)

The SKEYE Nano drone measures less than two inches square, but it still has room on board for a video camera and six-axis stabilization. Electronicsforward Specials has it now for $50 with free shipping.

You can launch the SKEYE by throwing it upward, allowing the four tiny rotors to kick in. Once airborne, it maintains good stability thanks to gyroscopic stabilization. This allows the tiny quadcopter to fly in the tightest of spaces, while LED lights allow for take-off after dark. The supplied controller offers three levels of sensitivity, with the most sensitive allowing experienced pilots to send the drone diving through flips and loops. The camera takes videos and still photos, which are saved onto the supplied memory card. Powered by an internal rechargeable battery, the SKEYE has a flight time of around 7–8 minutes and a range of 164 feet. It comes with four spare rotor blades and a USB charging cable.

You can order theSKEYE Nano drone now to save 27% on the MSRP, with free shipping.
