Lock&Go is the first sports armband for your iPhone that is a snap to use

We all want to have music and access to our phones when we workout, but the current line of sports armbands are a pain to use. They almost never fit right, are often uncomfortable and you never have easy access to your phone. Lock&Go is the “first of its kind to offer a skin friendly” (won’t itch) band that you can easily attach your phone to and it fits almost any size arm. It’s being funded on Indiegogo and you can currently get one for $14 (half off retail) if you act fast.

The Lock&Go has a magnet slot that lets you access your phone when you are on the go while keeping it securely fixed on your arm. Most of the armbands out there today are made out of low elastic fabric with limited friction, so it is very difficult to fit your arm right and easy to slip when you run or work out. Lock&Go is the “world’s first armband that uses eco and skin friendly silicone.” The silicone has a just fine frictional effect with your skin or clothes sleeve along with a metal buckle. The Lock&Go armband offers a real “No Slip, No Jiggle user experience.”

Probably the best feature according to Lock&Go is the smell of it. That’s right, one of the most annoying issues with regular armbands is the sweat problem. After you use it for a short amount of time, the typical armband gets stained heavily by your sweat, which could even damage your phone in the pocket if you’re not careful. As we stated above, Lock&Go is made of silicone and plastic, so you can clean it easily with water and dry it up in a minute after running or working out. Also, the plastic slot seamlessly separates your phone from your sweaty arm keeping your phone protected while you wear it.

The creator of Lock&Go is a sports fanatic who runs, bikes and works out in the gym. He was unsatisfied with the current options for armbands available on the market. After he consulted a number of material engineers and manufacturers, ran several rounds of tests and changes,  he finally developed the prototype. About a year later he managed to make the Lock&Go armband which he uses every day.

With only 3 days left in its campaign, Lock&Go has already hit its goal (almost three times over!) and expects to ship at the end of this month when its campaign has ended. You can score your own Lock&Go for $14 as part of its early bird offer, however only a limited number of bands are being sold at that price so you’ll have to act quickly to get one.
