The beginning of summer is a great time to make new fitness goals, but it’s also often a tough time to get yourself to the gym. I’m sure this has happened to many of you. It’s extremely easy to talk yourself out of a workout for so many reasons. I know how great exercise is for my body, but sometimes I need a little extra push to get me out of the house and to the gym.
