Update: Amazon has now brought back much of the official Black Friday price drops just ahead of the holidays on the latest ecobee releases. While some gear was a touch less last month, this is another great chance to save some cash before the holiday shipping window closes for good. Details below in the original post.

The ecobee Home Kit smart home gear offers have arrived. First up, and joining a host of the brand’s other smart home gear, we have the ecobee Smart Thermostat Premium package down at $219.99. The regularly $250 setup is now within $9 off the best price we have tracked this year on Amazon. This is the premium model that combines the brand’s smart sensor and air quality monitoring with one of the most gorgeous designs in the smart thermostat space, if you ask me, as well as an onboard touchscreen display and built-in Siri voice command action.
