More and more companies are making the jump to manufacturing here in the United States, even Apple has brought some operations to Texas. We have detailed a number of individuals and businesses that are creating some really cool things stateside. Today, popular iPhone accessory maker Incase has announced that it has begun manufacturing in America, starting with its “Made in California” series.
Founded in 1997 in San Francisco, the return home is part of a focus by Incase on what is possible to create in California.
“In our nearly 20-year history, Incase has always been California-based, a heritage that’s had significant influence on our design point of view and one we’re proud to share with game-changing innovators like Apple,” said Incase CEO and Co-Founder Tony Held. “The Made in California series brings our story full-circle and we are excited to continue exploring what’s possible by working with manufacturing resources local to us.”
