Journey 20% off sitewide for July 4th: 15W chargers, MagSafe desk mats, Find My gear, more from $20

Sitewide 20% off
Journey sitewide July 4th

Following its Memorial Day and Father’s Day events, Journey has now essentially brought back the same sitewide savings for the 4th of July. The brand has been featured around here a number of times with its MagSafe charging desk mat, portable power banks, and 15W MagSafe charging station as well as even more recently with its latest run of Apple Find My-equipped accessories – the passport holder and magnetic wallet. All of this gear is joining the rest of the brand’s offerings in the July 4th sale – its new MOTION Apple Watch Sport Band is unfortunately sold out right now though – with a straight up 20% discount using code SALE20 at checkout. While we do see 30% launch deals and sale events closer to that come Black Friday, sitewide sales at Journey rarely drop below the 20% we are getting for Independence Day this year.

Rare deal drops Twelve South’s metal and adjustable HiRise Pro MacBook stand to $80

Reg. $100 $80

We are now tracking a rare deal on Twelve South’s HiRise Pro for MacBooks and other laptops down at $79.95 shipped. Regularly $100, this is the latest pro-grade model from the brand that debuted last spring and rarely ever goes on sale. There have been some sitewide and holiday events over at Twelve South that brought the price down, but deals are generally hard to come by on this model and Amazon is now offering a straight-up 20% discount. Today’s deal marks the best Amazon price of the year and the lowest total we have tracked there since the metal stand’s debut last year.

Elevate your desk’s appearance with a 3-foot vegan leather desk pad at $13.50 (2024 low), more from $8.50

The official Aothia storefront over at Amazon is now offering its 36- by 17-inch 2-Sided PU Leather Desk Pad for $13.59 Prime shipped. If you aren’t a Prime member, you can dodge shipping fees by checking out with $35 or more in your cart. In terms of savings, you’re looking at 15% off and a price that throughout 2024 has only been available with Prime member exclusive pricing. Now it’s available to everyone at this price for the first time in 2024. Today’s deal comes within about $1.50 of the all-time low. This is one of the products I personally use each and every day. In fact, I’m using this specific size at my desk right now. It leaves me with plenty of space for my full-size Keychron keyboard, Logitech G mouse, and wrist rests. Perhaps the best part about this deal is that it’s available in a wide variety of colorways, allowing you to pick the perfect look for your setup. Cradle your 15-inch MacBook Air (and more) in clamshell mode with Twelve South’s BookArc at $30 (50% off)

50% off $30

Today we are tracking a sweet deal on the Twelve South BookArc – one of the more elegant vertical MacBook stands out there and, at least for me, an even nicer option than the newer Flex model. You can score the Twelve South BookArc directly on the official site for $29.99. Regularly $60, this is a straight up 50% off and the lowest price we can find – we have never seen it go for less on Amazon either. While it was originally made for MacBooks released between 2020 and 2023, if you select BookArc for MacBook Air from the drop-down menu before adding to your cart right here, Twelve south will throw in its Insert add-on for FREE so you can use it with more modern 15-inch MacBook Air models as well. Nice.

Samsung’s latest 2TB T5 EVO Portable SSD just hit the 2024 low at $140 (Reg. $130, $70/TB)

As we have mentioned previously, the SSD market has risen in price significantly across 2024, but if you stick with us we will find deals nonetheless, and today is one of those days. Amazon is now offering Samsung’s latest portable SSD with the 2TB T5 EVO down at $139.99 shipped. This one carries a regular price at $230 directly from Samsung where it is currently marked down to $190. The T5 EVO debuted late last year and sold for closer to $190 through the end of 2023 and into 2024 at Amazon. Today’s deal is $6 under our previous mention and the lowest we have seen on Amazon all year. The T5 EVO lineup features a refreshed form-factor from Samsung’s usual approach over the last few years, headlined a new rectangular design and a metal carabiner loop along the top. Head below for more details.

Apple’s black TouchID Magic Keyboard back down to $170, plus matching Trackpad and mouse from $41

Regularly $199, this is within $0.05 of the lowest price we have tracked at Amazon this year and lands at $6 under the excellent condition open-box listing at Best Buy. It is, however, very much worth pointing out that the black Magic Keyboard fetches a bit of a premium over the standard and otherwise identical model – the black variant is only $9 under the MSRP on the white model today. Having said that, if you want the darker stylings here, this is the best price we can find on a brand new unit. Only once in the last year have we seen it drop below $170 at Amazon.
