As eBikes have gained traction over the last few years, a variety of styles have come to fruition through crowdfunding and startup companies. Initially we saw plenty of industrial designs but thankfully more traditional cruisers are hitting the scene.

Faraday has been cranking out electrical for just over five years. The San Francisco bike shop recently took to Kickstarter to fund its latest creation: the Cortland and Cortland S. Garmin’s latest fitness trackers have impressive battery life & can automatically identify your activities

This morning, Garmin has announced two new fitness trackers. Building on a solid foundation from the existing lineup, today’s release includes two different models: the vívofit 3 and vívoactive HR. Each tracker is built for different needs with heart rate monitoring serving as the defining spec seperating the two. Nintendo Select best sellers on the way w/ new low prices: Donkey Kong, Mario 3D World, Zelda OoT 3D, many more

Update (2/29 10:53am): Nintendo has now officially confirmed the new Select titles. Here in the US they will go for $19.99 each at various retailers come March 11th.

As you likely already know, Nintendo’s first party titles tend to hold their value and rarely go on sale (sometimes they end up above the original price tag!). This is where Nintendo Selects comes in. It is essentially a program that reprints older Nintendo titles and makes them available at a usually much lower price point. For example, Super Mario 3D World for Wii U still goes for between $48 and $60 (or more!), but will be about half that when it re-releases.

The Coleco Chameleon retro gaming console is sure to appeal to any Millennial

Retro gaming has seen a spike in interest over the last few years with popular titles like Mario Maker and Rare Replay enjoying recent success. NERF’s Fall 2016 line includes battery-powered 70MPH blasters, Alien designs, more

NERF first announced its RIVAL line of powerful automatic blasters at Toy Fair 2015. This year, it’s planning on releasing a new fully-automatic option in the fall. This is alongside a few other fresh blasters, but we’ll get to those in a minute. The new RIVAL KHAOS MXVI-4000 is a hefty toy, even by NERF standards.

It will be the first completely automatic blaster in the RIVAL line that is powered by six D-sized batteries and can fire out of a 40-round magazine. The combination of a larger design and the need for a larger power supply will make this $70 blaster a force to be reckoned with. 

PSA: Fallout 4 gets three massive DLC packs – get your Season Pass now before it jumps up in price

Fallout 4 was clearly one of the biggest releases of 2015 after it hit in November of last year. We are just beginning to see some solid discounts on the main game, and developer Bethesda has now taken to its official blog to detail the upcoming DLC. Set for launch starting in March, the three add-on packs are quite substantial as you would expect from Bethesda. There are some interesting new gameplay mechanics, along with what sounds like some very compelling story-based content. More details below.

Immersit wants to turn your family room into an IMAX theatre with its add-on kit for your sofa

Immersit has a plan to bring an IMAX-like experience to your home theater for a fraction of the cost. The company just launched a new Kickstarter project in an attempt to sell its new 4D motion motion sim for couches. While the idea seems a little crazy, the execution appears to be on point.

BearTek’s second generation Smart Gloves offer iPhone/Android controls + GoPro support

You may have heard of BearTek before. It launched its first-generation Smart Gloves a while back as a way to control your smartphone with built-in sensors. Last Friday night, the guys behind BearTek made an appearance on Shark Tank and launched version 2.0 on Indiegogo. This guy has a built-in Google Now display in his mirror and it’s perfect

It’s pretty hard these days to come up with an original idea. The internet is flooded with real, conceptual and on-the-way products that fill nearly every void in our lives. Evidently, for a guy named Max Braun, he found a need that couldn’t be met. After setting out to find a better bathroom mirror, he came to the conclusion that this product category has largely been untouched by the Internet of Things.
