Party and karaoke speakers tend to fetch a premium, and rightfully so considering the usually more powerful output, flashing light shows, and mic inputs. JBL makes some of the better options in the category, and we just spotted a new Amazon all-time low on one of its latest releases, the PartyBox On-The-Go Essential. This mid-range model certainly isn’t the most affordable option out there with a regularly $350 price tag, but it’s also now $100 off via Amazon at $249.95 shipped. That’s the lowest price we have tracked on Amazon since it landed there back in March – it is also $50 under the only other deal we have seen thus far. There are certainly some no-name options out there for less, or brands much less respected in the audio game than JBL you can save some cash with, but this is also one of its latest releases that comes in well below the larger, and higher-end variants while still delivering the 100W output and included karaoke action.

What we dubbed “the summer’s best new speaker” has now dropped back down to its best price on Amazon. Sony’s latest collection of speakers and headphones debuted back in April and, what is at least for me, the nicest of the lot is now on sale. Amazon is offering the Sony ULT Field 1 Wireless Ultra Portable Bluetooth Compact Speaker down at $98 shipped in all four colorways. Regularly $129, this is only the second time we have seen them on sale with today’s offer marking a return to the Amazon all-time low. I’ve had the pleasure of using quite a few Bluetooth speakers over the years, with some of my recent favorites being the Marshall Kilburn II and Tribit StormBox Micro. So when JBL offered to let me review its new PartyBox 320, I was interested, but not necessarily ecstatic. That started to change once I began digging into the specifications and realized just how monstrous and powerful this speaker could wind up being. My suspicions were confirmed when this 36-pound monster arrived in the mail.

While unboxing the JBL PartyBox Stage 320, I couldn’t help but smile. Looking back, I think it’s because I knew that the size and heft meant that this thing was going to pack a punch. Seeing the actual speaker helped seal the deal too, with loads of easy-to-access controls, plenty of inputs around back, and wheels along the base paired with a handle up top that make it easier to roll it from one place to another.
