The 48-hour sale marks the third annual event, as Amazon has now decided it will essentially run two major Prime Day sales each year – Prime Day in July and the Prime Big Deal Days sale in October. The price drops are, as usual, only available to Amazon Prime members.
You can expect two straight days of price drops across every product category on Amazon, with a host of adjacent sales going live at other retailers and even on official brand sites. Some will likely try to jump ahead of Amazon (this is usually how things work), but the main event will be taking place on Amazon with what, in most cases, are deals that are usually just as good or even better.
