AMD has officially launched its hotly anticipated Ryzen 9000 series desktop processors, and they’ve started to hit the shelves today. The timing here, I’d say, is great considering how many of Intel’s 13th and 14th gen processors are struggling with stability issues right now. The new Ryzen 9000 series includes four new desktop processors — the 16-core Ryzen 9 9950X, the 12-core Ryzen 9 9900X, the 8-core Ryzen 7 9700X, and lastly the 6-core Ryzen 5 9600X. Not only did we catch our first glimpse of the shiny new golden Hyrule Edition Nintendo Switch Lite (pre-orders are still live by the way), but we also got one of the most impressive lineup of first-party Nintendo games in a long while if you ask me – Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom, Mario & Luigi: Brothership, Donkey Kong Country Returns, Super Mario Party Jamboree, and perhaps the biggest surprise of them all, an actual look at the fabled Metroid Prime 4: Beyond, and that’s just to name a few. While we will have to wait until next year to take control of the “galaxy’s greatest bounty hunter, Samus Aran,” the new Zelda game is right around the corner now and some sweet pre-order bonuses have arrived.

Review: The CLIP e-bike conversion kit refreshes century-old tech into a new modern design

The world (and life) moves fast and we humans can only do enough in our lives to keep up with it as best we can. One growing aspect that many are trying to find solutions to in the modern world is how to get to all our daily appointments – work, school, social events – in the most affordable and environmentally conscious way. While EVs are certainly the best current answer to the growing questions, they can often fall outside of reach for many due to costs. Solution: conversion kits, like the CLIP, which boasts the title of “the world’s first & only plug-and-play e-bike upgrade.” While many existing kits fall into the category of mountable hub motors, this device, on the other hand, uses inventive new ideas by building upon decades-old technology.
